The vehicle's manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP) cannot exceed: - $80,000 for vans, sport utility vehicles and pickup trucks - $55,000 for other vehicles $7,500 Federal Tax Credit subject to approval and not all customers will qualify. If customer chooses to receive the credit at the time of purchase, the $7,500 credit will be applied towards the down payment. Purchases of a qualified, new EV may qualify for a purchase credit of up to $7,500, which may be applied at the point-of-sale at participating dealerships. Available only to qualified U.S. taxpayers. To apply the purchase credit at the point-of-sale, you must transfer the entirety of your allowable purchase credit to the dealership and complete additional documentation that has been approved by the Internal Revenue Service.
